This is a short post, but I just want to share this amazing thing that is KDE Connect.

I use Fedora 43 with KDE Plasma on my laptop. I also installed KDE Connect on my phone to be able to send files to and from the phone, or control the laptop if needed.

But a few days ago, something happened and I wasn’t prepared for it.

I was working on my laptop and got a message on my phone. When I started replying, I saw that I had a paste suggestion on my phone that was odd. It was the same text that I had copied on my laptop a second ago.

It took me a minute to realize, and my mind was blown at that point: you can copy something on your laptop and paste it on your phone. It’s a clipboard sync, and it’s amazing.

Me discovering it by mistake made it even better.
